Do your cats like office chairs?

Getting rid of a broken office chair that your cat liked to sit in? You could remove the seat and keep it for the cat to enjoy. We did this and it remains one of Rosie’s favourite places spots for sitting and sleeping.

Most office chairs come with the Allen key needed to assemble and disassemble the chair, and it’s worth keeping the Allen key in a convenient location, as sometimes the bolts become loose on their own and need tightening up. If yours didn’t, a standard set of Allen keys will have the size you need.

Taking apart an office chair will also make it more compact and easier to dispose of. If only individual parts are broken, it may be cheaper to just purchase the relevant part online rather than replace the entire thing.
